We Built It For Us.

We run 34 machines on our own site — lorries, loading shovels, recycling equipment, tractors, silage and slurry kit — with over 100 implements and attachments between them. Keeping tabs on what had been serviced, what was due, and which part fitted which machine was a full-time headache. Spreadsheets and memory don't scale to that. So we built the tool we couldn't find: one place for the fleet, every event, every key date, and a proper parts list.

Fleet AI came from the same place. When you're working on machinery your hands are usually filthy — the last thing you want is to dig out your phone and tap through an app. So don't.
