- Business Data: Company name, VAT number, company registration number, and other business identifiers.
- Fleet Data: All data related to your fleet operations, including but not limited to vehicles, plant machinery, equipment specifications, maintenance records, compliance certificates, LOLER inspection dates, MOT dates, insurance details, tax records, operating costs, fuel consumption, and uploaded images.
- Usage Data: Information on how you use the app, features accessed, and time spent.
3. Use of Your Information
Having accurate information permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customised experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Provide you with the services and features of FleetBolt.

4. Data Ownership
You, the user, retain full ownership of all the fleet data you input into FleetBolt. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. We will not sell, share, or use your fleet data for any purpose other than providing and improving the FleetBolt service, unless required by law.
5. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information and fleet data. Your data is stored securely on UK/EU-hosted servers. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
6. Third-Party Services
We use Supabase as our backend provider for database and authentication services. Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. We also use Stripe for payment processing for our subscription services. We do not store your credit card details; all payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

8. Team Member Access
If you are added as a seat member to a primary admin's account, you will have access to that admin's fleet data in accordance with the permissions granted by the admin. Your personal profile information remains private to you. Primary admins can view basic information about their team members for account management purposes.
9. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, update, rectify, or delete your personal information and fleet data at any time through your account settings. You also have the right to data portability and to object to processing. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please contact us. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
10. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and fleet data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or regulatory purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
