Your Entire Fleet.
One Clear Register.
Add every vehicle and machine once. FleetBolt tracks the compliance dates, service intervals, photos and key specifications — and flags anything that needs attention before it becomes a problem.
If You Can't See the Fleet, You Can't Manage It
Most fleets grow faster than the paperwork. Assets get added, compliance dates slip, and nobody's quite sure what hydraulic oil the excavator takes without ringing the dealer.
No central record of what you own
If your fleet list is scattered across spreadsheets, emails and a whiteboard on the wall, you're already flying blind — and it only gets worse as the fleet grows.
Compliance dates get missed
MOT, LOLER, insurance, tax — each asset has different renewals on different cycles. Without a system tracking them all, something will slip. Usually at the worst possible time.
Service info walks out the door with staff
When the only person who knows the service interval and fluid specs for a machine leaves, that knowledge goes with them. FleetBolt keeps it on record permanently.

Add an Asset Once. FleetBolt Tracks Everything.
One straightforward form, four sections. Done in a couple of minutes.
General details
Asset type, manufacturer, model, registration or ID, serial number, year, purchase date and price. Everything needed to identify the asset on paper, in an insurance claim, or at an HSE inspection.
Usage & service schedule
Set the current clock reading in hours, km or miles. Enter the service interval and last service reading. FleetBolt tells you exactly when the next service is due and alerts you as it approaches.
Compliance dates
Enter the last MOT/PSV, LOLER, tax, insurance and safety inspection dates. Set LOLER and tax renewal intervals (6 or 12 months). FleetBolt counts down to each renewal and highlights anything overdue.

Store Key Specs So Your Team Always Has Them
Every machine has specs your team needs in the field — the right hydraulic oil, tyre pressures, fuel type, battery spec. Instead of ringing the office or hunting down a manual, they just open FleetBolt.
Record any spec you need
Name it whatever suits — Hydraulic Oil, Engine Oil, Coolant, Tyre Pressures, Battery, Air Filter, DEF type. Add as many as the asset needs. Quick-fill suggestions speed things up.
Instantly readable by the whole team
All team members can read key specs from any device. A driver or operator on site gets the right information without needing to call anyone — no delays, no guesswork.
Owner manages, everyone reads
The account owner adds, edits and reorders specs. Seat members (drivers, operators, fitters) get a clean read-only view. Correct information, no accidental changes.

Common Questions
How many assets can I add?
Unlimited on all plans. There's no cap on vehicles or machines. Pricing is by user (seat), not asset count — adding a new machine to the register costs nothing extra.
What asset types does it support?
Any vehicle or machine: HGVs, vans, trailers, cars, excavators, telehandlers, dumpers, forklifts, tractors, combines, generators, compressors, aerial platforms, crane lorries — anything you need to maintain and keep compliant.
Does it work for both hours-based plant and mileage-based vehicles?
Yes. Each asset has its own clock reading unit — hours, kilometres or miles. Service intervals, clock readings and service-due calculations all use the correct unit per asset.
What LOLER intervals are supported?
6 months (for lifting equipment in regular use) and 12 months (for equipment not carrying people) are both configurable per asset. Set the interval once and FleetBolt tracks the renewal date automatically.
Can my drivers or operators see key specs from their phone on site?
Yes. All seat members (drivers, operators, fitters) can view assets and their key specifications from any device. They get a clean read-only view — correct information, no accidental edits.
Can I export the fleet list?
Yes. Download a PDF fleet inventory report covering all assets, or a filtered subset by type. Useful for insurance renewals, finance reviews, HSE audits, or keeping an off-system backup.
