1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the FleetBolt application ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
FleetBolt provides fleet and plant machinery management software designed for UK construction, logistics, agricultural, contractor, and manufacturing businesses. The Service includes compliance tracking (LOLER, MOT, insurance, tax), maintenance scheduling, operating cost calculations, and event logging. The Service is free to get started, with optional paid subscription tiers (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) offering additional features and user seats. All plans include unlimited asset tracking.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Primary admin accounts may add additional seat members who will have access to the admin's fleet data with limited permissions.
4. User Data and Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data, information, and materials you upload or enter into the Service ("User Data"), including but not limited to fleet inventories, maintenance records, compliance certificates, cost data, and uploaded images. We do not claim any ownership rights to your User Data. Our use of User Data is limited to providing and improving the Service.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, FleetBolt and its creators (AR Enviro Consultancy Services) shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies in calculations, data, compliance reminders, or suggestions. The information provided by the Service, including LOLER inspection reminders, MOT due dates, and operating cost calculations, is for guidance only and should not be considered a substitute for professional, legal, or financial advice. It is your sole responsibility to verify all information and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations), road traffic legislation, and health and safety requirements. We are not responsible for any financial loss, penalties, fines, or damages incurred as a result of using this Service.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
FleetBolt subscriptions (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are billed on a subscription basis, either monthly or annually at your choice. Annual billing is discounted by 30% compared to the monthly rate. Additional user seats/drivers may be added to any plan for an extra monthly or annual fee. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis and will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date. All payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Subscription tier user seat limits are enforced automatically; asset tracking is unlimited on all plans.
7. Free Plan and Upgrades
New users can create a FleetBolt account and start using the core features free of charge, with no credit card required. You may upgrade to a paid plan (Starter, Professional or Enterprise) at any time to unlock additional features such as team seats, checklists, the operating costs calculator and more. You may also downgrade or cancel a paid plan at any time, reverting to the free tier.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
