Up to 8 photos in one message, or a PDF such as an invoice or report, up to 10 MB.
Drafts you confirm
Fleet AI drafts events, machines, fuel fills and parts as cards. Save the ones that are right and dismiss the rest.

Why we built it
When you're working on machinery your hands are usually filthy, and the last thing you want is to get your phone out and tap through forms. Paperwork that waits until later often never gets done.
Fleet AI lets you capture the job in a few photos and deal with the record when it suits you. You can always enter records by hand instead.
Free and Pro
Free accounts get 10 Fleet AI messages a month (a batch of photos counts as one) and 20 photo reads for adding machines. Pro gives 100 messages and 200 photo reads a month. Saving fuel and part drafts, and checklist drafts, need Pro.
