No. It is an estimate from the figures you enter, such as purchase price, years kept, service costs and fuel use. It is designed for pricing work and comparing machines rather than bookkeeping.

How is depreciation worked out?

Straight-line: the purchase price minus the expected sale value, spread evenly over the years you plan to keep the machine.

Can I cost by the hectare?

Yes. Each machine can be costed per hour, per km or per hectare.

Who can see running costs?

Only the account owner. Managers and operators in your team don't see costs.

Can I include finance?

Yes. Enter the amount owed and the APR and the finance cost is included in the yearly total.
